Customer Operations Manager - Technical

Purpose of the role This role will have responsibility for managing the engineering team that will manage GWO operations within the Bishopsgate & City area. Implementation of Group Workplace Operations (GWO) policies and procedures to provide effective and low cost*best-value services to the building occupants. Provision of engineering management, support and guidance to GWO Customers and staff. Supporting the Customer Operations Manager (L1) in the implementation of the operating model. Provide engineering guidance and support to the GWO Operations team (both in-house and outsourced staff) to deliver a highly customer focused service to the Business customers. Deliver ongoing FM activity in a way that maximises value, minimizes cost, risk and downtown and achieves the desired quality outcomes within a specific series of buildings. Work closely with colleagues with in the management team to deliver against individual * team objectives, consistently attain KPI`s and continually strive to improve customer solutions. Deputise for Customer Operations Manager for engineering issues (L1 and L2).
objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement process.· Contribute to the formulation of strategy and development of service delivery platforms. Regular financial and status reporting including appropriate escalation of incident reporting.· Implement and manage GPPO procurement strategies, including management of supplier relationships and performance auditing.· Implementation of GWO strategy and Group environmental policy. Represent GPPO * GWO and interact with its various businesses to ensure service delivery targets are met and to be pro-active in dealing with any adverse issues. Establish and maintain effective local business relationships within own areas of responsibility.· Manage fluctuation and change within the property portfolio.· Manager operational risk to met service availability.
